How do I return my order?
Contact us
Send us a message via WhatsApp or email vince@mattori.nl with your order number. We'll send you all the information for returning.
Pack the product
Place the Biotensor back in the suede storage pouch and pack everything securely in a shipping box. Make sure the product is in original condition.
Ship the package
Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend sending it with tracking so you have proof of shipment.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full purchase amount. This happens within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Return conditions
We maintain a 14-day return policy in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
- ✦ The return notification must reach us within 14 days of receipt
- ✦ The product must be undamaged and in original condition
- ✦ The Biotensor must be returned including the suede storage pouch and instruction manual
- ✦ The product may be tested (that's the whole point), but must not be damaged
Received damaged?
Did you receive a damaged product? We're sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
